Links

If you have any Links to websites you would like your Players to see, post them here. These can be anything related or unrelated to your League. Remember there is also a Sponsors section that can provide links and Images of your Sponsors to your Players and Fans.

To add a new entry to your Links section, click the Add New Record link. Type in the URL (web address) of the link and a short description of the link. Optionally you may attach a small (75KB or smaller) Image File in JPEG or GIF format to be shown along of the link. Click the Save button when you are finished. If you would like to completely erase your current message, click the Clear the Text button to start over.

Once your record has been added, you can click the Change button to edit the Link, or the Delete button to delete the record. Confirmation will be asked prior to deletion.



Calendar

The Calendar provides an easy way to let your Players know about events other than your Scheduled Games on certain dates, you can add them here. These could be related or unrelated to League activity. The Current Date and dates with Events will be displayed in different colors than ordinary days.

To add an Event to the Calendar, navigate to the appropriate Month and Year using the calendars navigation controls, then select the date to which you would like to add an Event. Click the Add New Event link to proceed. Add a Description of the single Event and click the Add New Event button.

Continue and repeat this process for all of your Leagues events on that Day. You may then use the Calendars navigation controls to change dates, and similarly add Events to different Dates.

Clicking the Edit link next to an Event will let you change the Date and Description of the Event manually. The Delete link will delete the Event from the Calendar.



Maps

The Maps section of your SportsStandings.com website will provide your Players with Maps and Facility Images. Facility Images can be added under the General (Step #1) section of the Main Menu, but Maps can be added here.

To add a new entry to your Maps section, click the Add New Record link. Type in the Name of the map, the Address, the City, and the State, then click the Save button.

Once your record has been added, you can click the Change button to edit the name and address, or the Delete button to delete the record. Confirmation will be asked prior to deletion.



Files Download

If you have any Rule Books, other Documents, or any other Files you would like to share with your Players, you can Upload them into the Files Download section.

Just select the Browse button to locate the file, and enter a brief description. Then click the Upload button to store it on your SportsStandings.com website. The File will then be displayed along with size and date information. To Download the File, simply click on its name and follow the instructions given by your web browser.

If you wish to remove a file from your site for any reason, hit the Delete link next to the Filename.



Photo Gallery

The Photo Album is where you can Upload pictures of Games, League and Team Activities, or anything else you would like. The Pictures must be in GIF or JPEG (JPG) format and are organized into Albums.

You can use the drop down list labled Current Album to browse through the Photos currently entered, or create a new one by clicking the Add New Album button. Just give your Album a Description and click the Create Album button.

To add Photos to your new album click the Add New Photo button. Enter a brief Description of the Photo and then click the Browse button, to browse your computer for the picture file. Click Save when you are finished.

Once your Photo has been added, you can click the Delete button to remove it from the Album. Confirmation will be asked prior to deletion.

Your Players will be able to select the Album they wish to view. Then use a back and next style navigation to view them. If they would like, they will also be able to Share the Photo via Email to anyone they choose.



Sponsors

To add a new entry to your Sponsors section, click the Add New Record link. Type in the URL (web address) of the link and a short description of the link. Optionally you may attach a small (75KB or smaller) Image File in JPEG or GIF format to be shown along of the link. Click the Save button when you are finished. If you would like to completely erase your current message, click the Clear the Text button to start over.

Basic and Premium Accounts have the option of automatically using these Sponsors on their Players' Online Schedules and other content pages.
